1. What are your shipping fees?
Continental United States Shipping fees are as follows:
$0-$50.00 $8.25
$51.00- $100.00 $9.75
$101.00- $200.00 $13.75
$201.00- $250.00 $16.75
$251.00 and up $19.75
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We do ship internationally. Your shipping charge is based on weight and zip code. You are responsible for all applicable tax, duties, and customs fees.
3. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
4. What types of payment options are available?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment. If an item you selected is on backorder, your credit card will be charged at the time it is shipped to you.
5. How do I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, please call (562) 983-6666 and speak with a customer representative. You may not cancel an order via email. Order cancellations must be made within seventy-two hours of originally placing the order.
6. How long after I place an order does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will only be charged for items when they are shipped. If any items you selected are on backorder, your credit card will be charged at the time they ship to you.
7. How long after its charged will I receive my order?
Normal delivery for in-stock merchandise generally takes up to 5 to 10 business days to get to you from the day it's charged.
